About Consultation
If you don`t have any medical information letters such as a referral letter,there will be the limit like the available medical departments and the number of patients.
About Fee for Treatment of Patients` Choise
Generally,fee for treatment of patients` choise of 7,700 yen(including tax) will be chaged in addition to the fee for your first visit.

Hospitals with 200 or more beds charge fee for treatment of patients` choise for the first consultation without a referral and re-consultation dispite referral to other medical institutions by a doctor.
This is the requirement by the government and aimed to receive the first consultation at local clinics,and receive advanced/specialized medical care at hospitals(with 200 or more beds)
Based on this system,we have set a fee for treatment of patients` choise as discribed below in addition to your consultation fee.

About Underage Patients` Consultation
Underage patients are required to be accompanied by their guardian.
They between the ages of 18 to 20 may consult a doctor with unaccompanied as long as they have minor symptoms like a fever,a stomachache and a rash.
However, we may request the contact with their guardian or their guardian`s visit to them if our doctor decide to need it.
